Shusei Nakayama, Founder & Managing Partner, Japan CPA

Nakayama is a Certified Public Accountant and a top graduate of Hiroshima University. He passed Japan’s rigorous CPA exam on his first attempt, an achievement accomplished by only 2% of candidates.

During his seven-year tenure at Ernst & Young (EY), he specialized in audit services for venture businesses, supporting multiple companies through successful Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Through this experience, he recognized the critical cash flow challenges faced by small businesses.

Driven by a passion to support entrepreneurial ventures, Nakayama established his own accounting firm. His specialized focus is helping small businesses optimize their financial strategies and overcome cash flow obstacles, drawing from his extensive corporate finance background.
